	Ryans View Many people feel that this will be Andy Ritchies make and break season. I am know going to atemp to add up the evidence for and against Stich succeeding. Before i start i want to make it clear that although Stich was a great player for this club i feel it has come the time where he has to move on. Some of Ritchie signings over the summer have been questioanble to say the least the players what have joined are what some people sugest is a 3rd divsion reject with the capture of oldham old boy John Eyre Also there is the capture of Darren Sheridan (see further down the page) And Stuart Balmer although these players can hardly be descirbed as spring chickens i feel they will bring with them experience and some ability. The capture of Balmer should also bring a improvemnet in players like jones futcher and hotte, as balmer has been voted player of the season by charlton fans in the past and has played at the highest level. In my view this season the best oldham can hope for is a top half finish about 10th

Darren Sheridan On the right you can see Oldhams new left back who to be honest has been greated by mixed reactions by latics fans. My personal view is that he will bring experience, grit and good passing ability wich i think is sadly lacking in oldhams back line.
